- Tested financial transaction flows for Agente, Amigu, and Sales roles, including top-up, withdrawal, peer-to-peer transfer, static and dynamic QR payments, EDTL purchases, refunds, and settlements.
- Reconciled product prices, initial and final balances, balance deductions, commissions, LojaPoint rewards, receipts, transaction history, API responses, and CMS settlement records.
- Designed structured test scenarios with clear preconditions, expected results, actual results, supporting evidence, and Pass, Fail, or Blocked statuses.
- Identified transaction inconsistencies such as excessive balance deductions, missing or duplicated commissions, duplicated reward points, pricing mismatches, and incomplete transaction histories.
- Validated transaction timestamps across the mobile application, CMS, UTC, local time, and Dili time to identify timezone inconsistencies.
- Tested transaction exports, data filters, pagination, refund history, OTP rate limits, meter-number validation, gateway responses, and application error messages.
- Conducted controlled production validation using small transaction amounts and evaluated transaction reliability under constrained network conditions.
- Investigated failed inquiry and payment flows by comparing application behavior, API responses, transaction references, settlement entries, and gateway error codes.
